{"id":6548,"date":"2024-01-17T03:58:47","date_gmt":"2024-01-17T03:58:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sdgtalking.com\/?p=6548"},"modified":"2024-01-31T03:50:10","modified_gmt":"2024-01-31T03:50:10","slug":"el-tedh-multa-a-grecia-con-86-000-dolares-por-violaciones-de-los-derechos-humanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sdgtalking.com\/es\/el-tedh-multa-a-grecia-con-86-000-dolares-por-violaciones-de-los-derechos-humanos\/","title":{"rendered":"El TEDH multa a Grecia con 86.000 d\u00f3lares por violaciones de los derechos humanos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"\">El Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos (TEDH) fall\u00f3 el martes contra Grecia por el tiroteo mortal de un migrante sirio en una embarcaci\u00f3n hace nueve a\u00f1os cerca de la isla de Keci (Pserimos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">El tribunal, con sede en Estrasburgo, declar\u00f3 por unanimidad que se hab\u00eda producido una violaci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo 2 (derecho a la vida) del CEDH y conden\u00f3 a Grecia a pagar 80.000 euros (86.000 d\u00f3lares) en concepto de da\u00f1os y perjuicios a la esposa y los dos hijos de Belal Tello, que sucumbi\u00f3 a sus heridas en diciembre de 2015, m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o despu\u00e9s de recibir un disparo en la cabeza por parte de la guardia costera griega, que persegu\u00eda la embarcaci\u00f3n de contrabando de migrantes en la que viajaba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">En un comunicado, el TEDH dijo que concluy\u00f3 que el uso de la fuerza en el incidente, que tuvo lugar el 22 de septiembre de 2014, no hab\u00eda sido &#8220;ni absolutamente necesario ni estrictamente proporcionado&#8221; a los objetivos leg\u00edtimos establecidos en el art\u00edculo 2 del Convenio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">&#8220;Teniendo en cuenta todos estos factores, el Tribunal consider\u00f3 que los guardacostas, que pod\u00edan haber presumido que la embarcaci\u00f3n vigilada conten\u00eda pasajeros, no hab\u00edan ejercido el grado de vigilancia necesario para minimizar cualquier riesgo de poner vidas en peligro y hab\u00edan hecho un uso excesivo de la fuerza en un contexto de incertidumbre normativa sobre el uso de armas de fuego por parte de los miembros del servicio de guardacostas&#8221;, a\u00f1ade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">El tribunal tambi\u00e9n puso de relieve deficiencias en la investigaci\u00f3n de las autoridades griegas sobre el incidente.
